These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brandtune.com website and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

Brandtune is a curated marketplace for premium domain names and brand assets (logos, visual starters, and related materials). We do not sell domains directly on this Site; purchases are completed on GoDaddy.com under GoDaddy’s terms. You can contact us at contact[@]brandtune.com for customer service.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Policies”), which explain how we collect and use your information and how cookies and similar technologies operate on the Site. By using the Services, you consent to our Policies.
Marketplace Listings; Price & Availability
Brandtune lists domain names and accompanying brand assets for promotional and informational purposes. Brandtune does not sell domains directly. All purchases are completed on GoDaddy.com. When you click “Buy it at GoDaddy”, you will be forwarded to GoDaddy’s website to complete the sale under GoDaddy’s own terms and policies.
Listings, prices, promotions, and availability on Brandtune are subject to change without notice and are indicative only; the final price and terms shown on GoDaddy at checkout control. Placing a domain in a Brandtune cart, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise interacting on our Site does not reserve or purchase the domain. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing) and may withdraw or modify listings at any time.
Orders, Payments & GoDaddy as Merchant of Record
Brandtune does not process checkouts or collect payment directly. All purchases are completed on GoDaddy.com, and GoDaddy (or its affiliated payment/escrow providers) is the merchant of record. By proceeding to purchase on GoDaddy, you agree to GoDaddy’s terms, policies, and fees.
When you click “Buy it at GoDaddy”, you will be forwarded to GoDaddy to complete the transaction. Brandtune is not a party to GoDaddy’s order acceptance, identity checks, anti-fraud screening, cancellation, or refund decisions. For more details, please check GoDaddy terms.
Taxes & Invoices
Prices may be shown exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges required by your jurisdiction, unless we are legally obligated to collect them at checkout. If you need specific invoice details, please provide them before payment.
Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Notice)
Because the sale is executed on GoDaddy.com, refunds, cancellations, and any statutory withdrawal rights are governed by GoDaddy’s terms and policies. As a general rule, domains and digital design kits are unique digital assets; once GoDaddy begins the domain transfer or makes unwatermarked brand files available, the service is considered performed and is typically non-refundable.
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may be asked on GoDaddy to expressly request immediate performance. If you do so, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right once performance begins, subject to GoDaddy’s process and applicable law.
Domain Transfer, DNS & Ownership
After cleared funds on GoDaddy and compliance with GoDaddy’s procedures, we will coordinate domain transfer either via a GoDaddy account push or by providing an authorization (EPP/Auth-Info) code for transfer to your chosen registrar, consistent with GoDaddy’s workflows. Timing depends on registrar procedures and your prompt cooperation.
You are responsible for:
- providing a compatible registrar account and accurate contact data,
- unlocking/accepting incoming pushes and approvals,
- maintaining the domain registration (renewals) after transfer.
Brandtune is not liable for delays caused by GoDaddy, other registrars, registry policies, or your failure to complete required steps.
Lease-to-Own (Installment Plans)
If a lease-to-own or installment plan is available for a given domain, it will be offered and administered on GoDaddy (or an affiliated platform) and is governed by GoDaddy’s terms and policies. Generally, ownership remains with the seller/Brandtune (or its designee) until the final installment clears per GoDaddy’s records. During the plan, DNS access and permitted uses may be limited and are subject to GoDaddy’s rules and these Terms. Missed payments or default may lead to suspension and/or termination of access in accordance with GoDaddy’s policies. Amounts paid under such plans may be non-refundable as stated in GoDaddy’s terms.
Brand Assets
Inspiration-only previews. Designs shown on the Site are conceptual and provided purely for inspiration. Before purchase, previews are licensed only for on-Site evaluation; do not download, copy, publish, or reuse them elsewhere.
What’s included after you buy (complimentary). After your domain purchase is completed on GoDaddy and you email us at contact[@]brandtune.com, we will provide—at no extra charge—a branding kit inspired by the displayed concept: editable logo file(s), suggested color palette, basic branding style guidelines, and a small set of mockups/visual assets for inspiration. The branding kit is delivered by Brandtune (not GoDaddy) and is outside GoDaddy’s contract.
Rights in delivered Brand Assets. We do not provide a license in the legal sense. Instead, we provide all visual materials featured on the Site for inspiration, along with additional related assets. Some of these designs, images, and mockups are created using image generators or other creative tools. Brandtune does not claim ownership over your input or the generated outputs, and you are free to use the provided materials (including for commercial purposes) at your discretion. Third-party elements such as fonts or stock images remain subject to their own original licenses.
Editing & customization. You or your designer can easily edit the provided logos and design elements, adjusting colors, fonts, and layouts to match your business perfectly. Need something exclusive? Visit our Custom Design page.
Custom branding service. To request a custom design order, contact us with your vision and needs. We’ll quickly provide a clear quote and guide you step-by-step to create a tailored visual identity for your business.
What’s included in the custom branding service. Our custom branding includes an original logo, complete visual identity, tailored color palettes and typography, social media assets, comprehensive brand guidelines, and delivery of all final files — everything needed for a cohesive brand.
Ownership of custom designs. Our custom logos are created exclusively for you and can generally be registered as trademarks once finalized. You’ll receive full ownership rights upon delivery; however, trademark approval must be obtained separately through your local trademark office.
Project timing. Most custom branding projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and requested revisions. We’ll work closely with you to deliver efficiently and meet your business goals.
Portfolio use. We may display sold domains and associated Brand Assets for portfolio and marketing. You can request removal in writing; we will honor reasonable requests.
No legal advice or trademark clearance. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee that any logo, name, or design is trademark-registrable or non-infringing in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for trademark clearance and legal review.
Domain ownership. Ownership of the domain itself is transferred via GoDaddy’s process after purchase; the timing and mechanics are governed by GoDaddy and your registrar. Once transfer completes, you control the domain registration.
No Professional Advice; No Trademark Clearance
Descriptions, categories, valuation notes, or suggestions on the Site are opinions for general information only. Brandtune does not provide legal, financial, or trademark advice. You are solely responsible for obtaining trademark clearances, legal counsel, and other professional advice and for determining whether a domain/brand is suitable, lawful, and available in your target jurisdictions.
User Content & Feedback
If you submit content (e.g., messages, reviews, inquiries, design briefs, or feedback), you grant Brandtune a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely to operate, improve, and market the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate any law or third-party right (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights);
- scrape, crawl, index, or data-mine the Site except via publicly documented APIs (if any);
- bypass or interfere with security or access controls;
- upload malware or engage in harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct;
- use the Services to compete by copying listings, pricing, or proprietary methodologies.
We may monitor use and enforce these Terms.
Intellectual Property in the Site
The Site, its content, and the Brandtune trademarks, trade dress, and compilations are owned by Brandtune or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, no license is granted to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and providers (e.g., GoDaddy.com). When you click “Buy it at GoDaddy,” you will be forwarded to GoDaddy.com to complete your purchase. Your use of GoDaddy’s services is governed solely by GoDaddy’s terms, policies, and agreements. Brandtune does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRANDTUNE AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BRANDTUNE FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brandtune from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
(a) your use of the Services or purchased assets;
(b) your breach of these Terms; or
(c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain for any dispute not subject to mandatory consumer venue protections.
Changes to the Services & Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
